We only ship merchandise Monday-Friday, any overnight orders must be placed before 12 noon EST on those days so they can go out the same day. Shipping and Handling charges are calculated by weight of package and type of shipping (ground, express, etc.) We use US Postal, UPS, and FedEx. We E-mail each customer with a tracking # for any merchandise shipped. All Domestic purchases over $100.00 will receive free US Ground Shipping. We accept Money Orders only for domestic orders. We must receive the Money order before we ship the orders. All shipping charges for returned merchandise must be paid for by the customer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return the item to us within 14 days for exchange or refund.***CHRISTMAS GIFT RETURNS POLICY- RETURNED ITEMS DUE BY JAN 9 TH.
